Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MORE Marketing Services Pvt Ltd (“More Idea”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit moreidea.in or get in touch with us. We are based at 808, Lotus Link Square, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053, India, with an office in Dubai Media City, UAE.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form we ask for your name, organisation, designation, email address, mobile number and your message, together with anything you tick or choose — the services you are interested in, your closest office, and how you heard about us. If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share.
Where enquiries go. A submitted form is recorded in a Google Sheet on our Google Workspace account and a copy is emailed to our team. Google processes that information on our behalf.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: your device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Much of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss how we can work together.
- To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited the site.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
The site runs the analytics and advertising services below, each of which sets its own cookies or similar identifiers. Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager; the others are loaded directly by the pages.
- Google Analytics — to measure visits and how the site is used.
- Google Ads — to measure the results of our ads and reach people who have visited the site.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — for the same purposes on Meta’s platforms.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — for the same purposes on LinkedIn.
Our homepage also embeds a film from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set YouTube cookies until you play it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads through Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business — for example the companies that host the website, store our enquiries and deliver our email (Google Workspace), and the analytics and advertising services listed above. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Some of these providers store or process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on them to protect it to the standard this policy describes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as we need them for the purpose you contacted us about, or as the law requires, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that apply to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we no longer need it;
- withdraw any consent you have given, for the future.
To make a request or raise a concern, email us at grow@moreidea.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is intended for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
